Always remember this: even if you hate the way you look, you should never punish your body or say that you hate it, because your body is your mind, soul, and spirit’s only home. Everything that you are is wrapped up and protected by your body. Beauty is fleeting and shallow, but your soul will be with you forever, so don’t hurt the body that houses it.
